CASHLINE is Hemel Hempstead's longest serving independent weekly prize draw, with over £600 in guaranteed prizes on offer each and every week of the year.
Established in 1991, by the then Community Manager Chris Tate, it is registered with Dacorum Borough Council and offers people in and around Hemel Hempstead an excellent chance to win cash prizes whilst supporting the ongoing work of Hemel Stags Rugby League Club.
Cashline enables the club to provide opportunities for under junior and youth players to take up an exciting sport within a disciplined and structured club system. Coaching is provided to all age groups by registered and experienced personnel. The club also provide skills sessions to local primary and secondary schools during term time.
The club's senior sides provide an important ladder of progression from juniors to the first team and over the years this system has produced a number of professional rugby league players and a large number of the current first team have come through the ranks, thanks to the support of Cashline. These players provide fantastic role models for local youngsters to emulate and develop positive aspirations away from anti-social behaviour and petty crime.
With the help of Cashline and the support of its members, we believe that we have a club the whole of Hemel Hempstead can be proud of and we would be delighted to have your support in helping us maintain the good work undertaken by all at the club.
For just £1 a week you not only have the chance of winning the £250 main prize or one of 28 other prizes on offer each week, you are supporting your rugby league club and your local community too.
How it works:
Each member receives a Cashline membership card bearing their name, address and a four digit number.
The member retains the same number for as long as they are members of the CASHLINE DRAW.
The member pays a weekly subscription of £1 either to a collector who calls each week or by monthly standing order of £4.34, depending on your location and preferred choice.
Each Friday, a draw is made to determine the winners.
One member will always win £250; four members £50 each; four members £25 each and five members £10 each.
Additionally fifteen members will receive consolation prizes.
The prizes are delivered by your weekly collector or posted (in the case of standing order members.)
.
Every member receives a weekly list showing the names and addresses of all CASHLINE prize winners and the results are also published online
There are two way to join Cashline. The first and easiest way is by standing order, the second is by door collection.
Option 1: Standing Order Subscription.
If you would like to join Cashline as a standing order customer please, fill in an order form (below) and post it to the club. The form has to be returned by post because of
the need for your signature to activate your request.
You can download the form below by right clicking on the link and selecting 'save target as'. Save the pdf file to you computer and print it out. Fill in the short form and send it back to us at the address below.
Paying by standing order is ideal for customers who might not be available to pay by door collection due to work commitments etc or who simply prefer not to have to answer the door each week.
